We are a 6th generation ranching family, and 3rd generation on the same ranch in Bokchito. We breed, raise, and market our own grass fed, grain finished registered Black Angus beef. Our beef is USDA inspected after hanging for 14-21 days and frozen for freshness. We sell local and ship anywhere!
Our beef is sold individually wrapped and frozen. We have a half beef, quarter beef or any custom order available to our patrons. We have all the cuts that can be found at a meat market including ground beef, pre-made ground beef patties, 8 varieties of roasts, short ribs, brisket, tenderized round steak, over 14 different cuts of steak including Tomahawks and Filet Mignon, oxtail, tongue, liver, marrow bones, as well as speciality items including Jalapeno & Cheddar Summer Sausage, regular Summer Sausage, beef bacon, beef breakfast sausage, beef bologna, beef franks, smoked sausage, jerky meat, stew meat, k-bob meat, and fajita meat. We also carry local pecans and plan to carry many more Oklahoma made products as we grow our store.
